RETURN, REPLACEMENT, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY

Our product range is classified into three categories – ‘replacement only,’ ‘replacement or exchange,’ and ‘non-returnable.’

To qualify for a replacement or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  1. The request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. The item is in its original condition – unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
  3. The item is not listed under the non-returnable or non-refundable category.

While we strive to accommodate our customers' needs, it is crucial to note that the final decision on accepting returns, exchanges, or replacements rests with TwinsTribe.in.

Claim Process:

If you meet the eligibility criteria, follow these steps to initiate a replacement or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email at hello@twinstribe.in
  2. Provide your order number, the reason for the replacement/exchange, along with supporting details and images.
  3. Our customer support team will guide you through the process and assist with any necessary arrangements.

Please be aware that replacements will be for the exact same product only, except for size or colour changes where applicable, based on availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer support team immediately (within 2 days of delivery). We may request supporting evidence, such as images or videos, to assess the issue and provide appropriate solutions.

Shipping:

The consumer is responsible for shipping the exchange product to our nearest warehouse. Once the original product is received and approved, the exchange or replacement will be shipped, and the cost will be borne by TwinsTribe.in.

Approval Process:

  1. Once the original item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
  2. If approved, the replacement or exchange product will be shipped to you at the earliest availability.
  3. In exceptional cases, at the discretion of TwinsTribe.in, a refund will be issued in the form of a credit note within 3-5 business days. This credit can be utilized on TwinsTribe.in at any time for future purchases.
